Who's Next? Ru?

This dude is Rand Paul. His father is Ron Paul, the congressman from Texas and sometime presidential candidate. Rand is the Republican nominee for the Senate from Kentucky, and he is one crazy guy.

He thinks the President's handling of the Gulf oil spill is "un-American" and "anti-business." Apparently BP Oil shouldn't be held accountable for the mess they've made or something like that because he's sure they're going to clean it up.

He also believes that businesses should be able to refuse services to minorities without federal interference.

Yup, and he was overwhelmingly nominated over the other Republican candidate running in the primary.

Personally I would prefer that RuPaul be running for the Senate than this ass clown.

Lol, still giggling over ass clown. I should probably be working instead of reading your blog, Monica, but it's addictive and giggle inducing. :) You're a righteous babe.

Hi Moons/Monica
A while ago you wrote about those 2 useless things on men's chests. I just found this :-

"Men have nipples because, as an embryo, everyone is female until the Y chromosome kicks in.

"After conception, the human embryo develops as a female. Only after 6-8 weeks does the Y chromosome kick in and the fetus begins developing male characteristics. By this point breast tissue, milk ducts and nipples have already formed. This happens in all mammals, the only exception being stallions, who do not posses nipples.

"Generally evolution will only weed out a characteristic if it proves harmful to the creature, and of course, although having nipples provides no benefit to a man it has no ill effect either. Darwin (and others) wondered if at some point in the very distant past the males of a species from which we are descended suckled their young."

Meghan, it's a good addiction.

Que, I thank you for the information. I'm soon to be a first time grandmother and am happy I will be able to explain to my grandson why he has nipples.
