His name is Ardi Rizal and he's been smoking since he was 18 months old when his 30 year old dad gave him his first coffin nail. Now he's got a two pack a day habit.
"He's totally addicted," said Ardi's 26-year-old mother, Diana. "If he doesn't get cigarettes, he gets angry and screams and batters his head against the wall. He tells me he feels dizzy and sick."
The overweight tot uses a toy truck to get around instead of being active with other children, according to the report.
Sumatran officials have offered to buy the family a car if they get their toddler off the butts, but his father Mohammed says, "He looks pretty healthy to me. I don't see the problem."

Indonesia, although that's not technically a planet.
