Now Where Did That Go?

Years ago Carl Reiner and Mel Brooks did a skit called "The 2000 Year Old Man."

Well, this is what his wife was wearing.

This earring was found during excavation of a parking lot in Jerusalem in what was a Byzantine structure. The earring is far older than the building in which it was found, indicating that it was passed along to later generations.

I can just picture some Byzantine chick losing one of the family's earrings from the Roman Empire. She was probably down on her hands and knees looking for the damn thing forever. Wonder if single black socks and contact lenses will also turn up.
