Steve Lipski just can't hold his liquor

in any way, shape or form

Jersey City, NJ Councilman, Steve Lipski, allegedly peed on the crowd at a Grateful Dead tribute band concert in D.C. last Friday and was charged with simple assault.

Now the 44-year-old politico is not admitting to whizzing on his fellow concert-goers, but said he "spilled his drink" on the customers.

He has, however, sworn off boozing, which from the sound of it, is probably a good idea.
