Stu Rasmussen, Mayor-Elect of Silverton, OregonStu Rasmussen was voted mayor of Silverton, Oregon, the first openly transgendered person to be elected in America.
The 60-year-old Rasmussen was elected on the basis of the issues, not gender.
I am not sure if he is planning or surgery or not. It appears from the news reports that he just likes dressing up like a woman, although he does have breast implants. But doesn't everybody these days.
He speaks in a masculine voice so it doesn't seem as if he is taking estrogen.
My problem is that he wears 3-inch heels. Who in their right mind would do a thing like that unless forced to at gunpoint?
