So some guys go hunting with John Lawler of Caldwell, NJ who happens to be 76 years old. They go to upstate New York and whaddya know, they lose the old guy.
For two days the woods are combed for some sign of Lawler. Nothing. But today he turned up alive with just a slight case of hypothermia.
Now here're my thoughts on the subject:
Perhaps Mr. Lawler's buddies were trying to misplace him in the woods. Anyone check to see whose got a life insurance policy on this guy? I'm assuming the deer did not blindfold him and spin him around to confuse him.
Okay, perhaps he just wandered off 'cause he has a touch of dementia. In that case, why would you put a shotgun in his hands? Maybe he would do better taking up a hobby that would keep him home. Like steeping tea.

Still lost. Alas, but aren't we all. Stupid humans.
