Vandalized parking meters - innocent victimsThirty-four-year old Maurice Mizrahi is wanted for vandalizing 87 parking meters in Brooklyn, NY.
His mother returned home after a two month absence and discovered her son's parking meter collection.
If in fact each meter held its $50 capacity in quarters, it's possible that Maurice netted $4350. Each meter costs $500. I don't know if that's in real dollars or city bureaucracy dollars.
It is unknown if Maurice just has an affinity for meters or if he took them home to get his hands on the quarters.
Maybe he has a lot of laundry to do.

Shoot! hitting on the meters was my plan to supplement my retirement income. Hopefully a year early. Ya know, when I'm 64. ;)
