I am somewhat amused that Rudy Giuliani is running for president. I am even more amused that apparently he is running on the basis of his behavior on September 11, 2001.
9/11 was the best thing that ever happened to Rudy's career. Before that horrible day his political career was virtually dead. He had cleaned up New York City, but not his personal life. He was accused of causing a rift between the races. Almost no one in New York City could stand him anymore.
But from the ashes of the World Trade Center rose the phoenix of a political future for Rudy.
Unfortunately he doesn't have the goods to be president. He can't even get his kids to support him.
America's Mayor? Come on! Let us not drink from the cup of delusion.
