Apparently Michele Bachmann keeps saying stupid things because she never stops talking.

After the mid-Atlantic states and part of New England suffered through an earthquake and then a devastating hurricane, Michele decided to share her infinite wisdom and proclaim that these events were messages from God to scare Congress into action.

Now she says she was 'just kidding.'
