Third Sex Airlines

Since there have been stewardesses on airplanes, there have been passengers wanting to disembark with them.

Well, now thanks to some entrepreneurs in southeast Asia, there is an airline with transgendered flight attendants in case that's your fantasy.

Called PC Air (which may stand for Politically Correct or Potentially Crazy) the airline based in Thailand has hired six 'katoeys.'

PC's president, Peter Chan, says he thinks transsexuals can have many different careers and not just in the entertainment industry. Well, that's very open minded of him. What's important, he stresses, is not whether a man has been de-schwanged but does he/she have good language skills and provide good service which presumably involves pouring a cocktail or fluffing a pillow.

Of course not all the flight attendants are katoeys. That would be discriminatory.
