Apparently there was no burden of proof since Thomas Steven Sanders continued his life (or death) of crime. He even spent two years in a Georgia prison.
Now he's been arrested (in Mississippi) for the murder of a 12-year-old girl in Las Vegas whose body he dumped in Louisiana. Her mother is still missing.
Can you put a dead man on trial in Mississippi? Will someone claim he rose from the dead?
