Wow! There was some crazy crap going on in Queens, New York involving Long John Silver pictured above.
Just kidding. That's Jacqueline Deravin who claims that members of the NYPD knocked her eye out of the socket, but the coppers have a different story.
She claims that she called the police because her daughter's ex-boyfriend was threatening to kill her. When the cops got there they yanked her out of bed and threw her into a doorknob which knocked out her eye.
The police claim when they got there she was waving a 12 gauge shotgun yelling, "Nobody's gonna leave here tonight!" and threatening to shoot the ex-beau.
Probably the truth lies somewhere in between the two accounts.
Okay, she is 66 and uses a walker but that doesn't preclude her ability to shoot someone. She used to be a corrections officer.
Maybe the brain surgery she underwent in 2006 ruptured her crazy button.
