This is Joran van der Sloot who you may remember from the Natalee Holloway disappearance in Aruba five years ago. He was considered a suspect in her probable murder but there wasn't enough evidence to charge him.
Well, he's back! This time he's being sought for the murder of Stephany Flores in Peru. Only this time he's fled the country and is believed to be hiding out in Chile.
Maybe this time authorities will get it right now that his influential father (who was a judge in Aruba) has died.
