The Los Angeles coroner has released the causes of death for Brittany Murphy and Casey Johnson.
Brittany died from pneumonia, anemia and prescription drugs in that order, although from this picture it looks as if her lips might have been responsible.
Casey died from complications of diabetes~ low insulin and sky high sugar levels.
Very sad.
