Taking a page from the GOP Play Book for Quitters, former 'whip' Tom DeLay has quit Dancing With the Stars.

Allegedly he has stress fractures in both feet and it wouldn't be fair to his partner, Cheryl Burke, if he couldn't practice, so he's doing the only admirable thing for a disgraced member of Congress and is leaving the show.

Personally I think he finally realized there wasn't a chance in hell he was going to win.
