She is a woman.

And a man.

She's a hermaphrodite!

She doesn't have a uterus or ovaries and her testosterone levels are three times higher than a woman's because she has internal testes.

Well, I'm no doctor or scientist, but if you don't have a uterus or ovaries, do you just have a vagina that goes nowhere? I'm assuming she doesn't have a penis because that would have been spotted right away. Wouldn't it?

The International Association of Athletics Federations is going to advise her to have surgery because she has a 'potentially deadly condition.' I can't find anything that confirms that allegation.

I guess this happens more often than we know. Usually surgery can resolve the issue so that the person can live as the gender they feel most aligned with.
