I will defend your right to believe in whatever crazy religion you want to, but I won't defend your right to go batshit over it. Over the 4th of July weekend (which of course means nothing in Israel), some very, very ultra orthodox Jews rioted because a parking lot was open on the Sabbath.
Alarmingly, those identified as ultra orthodox Jews (haredim) are increasing rapidly in Israel. This may have something to do with impregnating their women on a regular basis. They are totally intolerant of any ideas other than their own.
Kids, if you want to wear fur hats and cloaks I'm cool with that, but you can't go bonkers if someone drives a car, pushes a button or wipes their ass on what you perceive to be the Sabbath.
