This is face-noshing zombie wannabe, Rudy Eugene, who you may recall was shot by cops after he wouldn't stop eating the face of a homeless man on a Miami freeway.
Dude with only a goatee left where his face used to be is still in the hospital. Police hope he survives, not because he would have any sort of a life, but because they would like him to tell them what happened.
Seems Mr. Eugene had problems, although you might not have guessed that. He was often seen wandering the neighborhood aimlessly. His wife divorced him five years ago because he was violent and paranoid.
The police theorize he indulged in Mephedrone a/k/a "bath salts" which would account for his insanity. Oh, and we did not know this, but Mephedrone was developed as a street drug in back alley labs and really doesn't belong in your bathtub at all.
