There's Always Room for Jell-O

First of all, we thought we were reading The Onion when we saw this article, but no, it was the front page of the New York Times.

Secondly, we had no idea there was such a thing as the Jell-O Museum, never mind that it's near Rochester, NY. Granted, it doesn't look like much of anything but it is a DEATH TRAP.

Two years ago an 81-year-old disabled vet named Frank LaMont, Jr. was visiting the museum in his motorized scooter. Unfortunately, he rolled out of the elevator and fell three feet with his scooter landing on top of him. He died from neck and head injuries.

Now his family is suing everybody and everything they can think of for negligence. Maybe Frank shouldn't have been driving.

Could it be that visitors were given more Jell-O shots than they could handle?
