One Woman's Trash is Another Person's Beloved

I did not know this but California doesn't just have curbside recycling pick up, they also have curbside body part pick up.

This is Carmen Montenegro who was spotted bringing a trash can full of body parts to the curb. Evidently a neighbor saw the suspicious activity and tipped off the police and she was subsequently arrested.

Does that mean a foot or an arm were hanging out of the bin?

At this juncture not much is known about the disposee or the disposed, but the corpse may have been dug up from the San Bernardino back yard to be hauled out with the trash. Seriously, why would one bother doing that?
