Okay, do we really need the Dakotas? Either one of them -- North or South? Couldn't we just start calling them Lower Canada?Seems there's a State Representative in South Dakota named Phil Jensen who has introduced a bill making the murder of anyone who is harming an unborn child "justifiable homicide." Basically that means you can shoot any abortion provider and get away with it.
The bill was supposed to go to a vote yesterday afternoon. Jensen claims he just wants to 'clean up the language' of the current law and not stop legal abortions.
It would be wonderful if we could believe him.
