Jay Being Kicked to the Curb?

There was a rumor floating around (again) that the low-rated Jay Leno travesty, er, show would be cancelled.

NBC quickly denied that vicious gossip.

"Jay Leno is one of the most compelling entertainers in the world today. As we have said all along, Jay’s show has performed exactly as we anticipated on the network,” said a network rep.

Hmmm .... compelling .... what does that mean? That if you watch him perform you might be compelled to commit suicide? Or better yet, homicide?

Performed exactly as anticipated ... does that mean they knew it was going to be the worst blunder in the history of prime time television?

And since everyone associated with television is a lying sack of shit anyway, do we believe them?
