I am absolutely in awe of Republican Iowa Senator Charles Grassley.Said he on talk radio according to the AP:
AIG executives should follow 'the Japanese example' by publicly apologizing and 'do one of two things: resign or commit suicide.'"
Sounds like the old guy is pissed. Sounds like he might be one of the American taxpayers who think vigilantes should be pursuing the unholy AIG executives who pocketed millions in bonuses they don't deserve.
Now I'm hoping by the Japanese example he means kamikaze pilots and not the 21st century Japanese CEO. I haven't heard anything about the head of Toyota falling on his sword lately or am I totally out of the loop?
