Police on Long Island, NY arrested Omar Romero, owner of the Poloros Restaurant in Mineola, charging him with two counts of unlawful surveillance.
Mr. Romero put a camera in the ladies' room where alert waitresses and patrons noticed it in the ceiling. The cable ran down to the owner's basement office.
Unfortunately there were also surveillance cameras that showed Mr. Romero installing the potty cam.
No word on who his lawyer is, but it better be a good one.
