What do the North Korean boys have under their hats?As Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton wings her way to South Korea, the North Korean dictator starts playing hardball. Kim Jong Il is saying things like they're fully ready for a war with South Korea. Is this a pissing contest or has the old guy officially lost his marbles?
In any event, it's not friendly talk.
Kim Jung Un, the old guy's youngest son, is apparently his successor having registered as a candidate in the March 8th elections, which are bound to be the first word in a democratic process.
Disarmament talks have stalled and now all this nasty rhetoric!
