A Long Island (NY) doctor wants his soon to be ex-wife to give him back his kidney. No worries though, he'll take $1.5 million instead.

Dr. Richard Batista gave his wife Dawnell one of his kidneys in 2001. Now that they're breaking up, he wants it back.

She's been trying to divorce him since 2005. According to him, she was cheating, just proving that you don't have to be in the best of health to cheat on your spouse.

In a survey conducted by the New York Daily News, the votes are over 60% in favor of the good doctor getting his kidney back.
