Dr. Death at HarvardBack in March of this year Dr. Jack Kevorkian announced his candidacy for the Congressional seat in Michigan's Ninth District, and I got to wondering just how the old guy did in the election. Did he do better than the other old guy running on November 4th for President? Or better than Alaska's convicted senator?
Well, he didn't win, but he got 9,047 votes out of a total of 353,456 cast, which is a pretty respectable in my book.
In October he appeared at Harvard Law to wax poetic about the 9th Amendment and call the Supreme Court justices "nincompoops."
He should have been campaigning in Michigan if you ask me. He might have broken the 10K mark.

I'm sure the good doctor would defend Plaxico's right to kill his career.
