Indiana's Planned Parenthood offices are offering gift cards this holiday season.
Sold in increments of $25, about a dozen have been sold since PPIN started selling them on November 25th.
Yes, the cards can be used for abortions which has many anti-abortion activists in a tizzy.
According to the Chicago Tribune:
Jim Sedlak, vice president of the American Life League and executive director of Stop Planned Parenthood, an anti-abortion group based in Stafford, Va., condemns the certificates as a continuation of Planned Parenthood's "annual attacks on the Christian community at Christmastime."
PPIN provides basic health care as well. Only about 3 - 5% of their services involve abortion.
It seems like the perfect gift for the woman who has everything except contraception or a pap smear.
