You know, folks, it's not just the little guys who get hurt when the economy is in a slump.
NBA player, Alan Iverson, has had his Villanova, PA house on the market for over a year and he just can't sell the damn thing.
I apologize for not being up on my lingo, but is the whole place a 'crib' or just the master bedroom?
Whatever, Iverson has dropped the price to $3.9999 million which is a million less than what he paid for it.
Not good for business, but what's a guy to do?
