Fay in happier daysHaving just been downgraded to a tropical depression, Fay has been prescribed Prozac for her condition.
"I started out big," she explained to Jim Cantore of the Weather Channel. "It wasn't important for me to be a hurricane. All I really wanted was to be a tropical storm!"
She feels she cannot show her face to other hurricanes.
"All that rain?" she continued. "Just tears from my eye."
