In the final 'sing-off' on American Idol, David Archuleta reached into his shoes and pulled out the soul.
He was undeniably the winner last night.
David Cook slipping blade into Archuleta's spinal column.
He made the right song choices. Cook couldn't have picked worse songs.
Archuleta kept his eyes open and he didn't lick his lips ad nauseum.
Whether or not he has enough votes to win tonight remains to be seen, but he made it interesting.
