Maybe Mayor Ray Nagin took on too much water during Hurricane Katrina and his circuits are shorting, but this guy is definitely out of control.
On Martin Luther King, Jr. Day he actually said that
- God was punishing America by sending hurricanes
- that New Orleans would once again be a chocolate city
Yup, by "Chocolate City" he was referring to the more politically correct "African American population" of New Orleans.
If a white guy had said that, he would have been shot on sight.
