This is a picture of a happy George Desdunes before he died from alcohol poisoning administered by members of Cornell's Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity last February. Well, if George's mother is going to have any say in the matter, they're going to pay $25 million for her son's unlawful death. Now it's been a few millennia since I went to college, but apparently fraternities and sororities are alive and well and their hazing practices seem to be just as idiotic as ever.
Allegedly, twenty assholes tied up George and poured liquor down his throat. When it was apparent that he needed immediate medical attention, they dumped him on the fraternity's couch and left him to die.
Sigma Alpha Epsilon has been shuttered at Cornell which you would think is the least they could do.
Children, hazing is a bad thing. Take the first three letters of that word and add "ardous." Why not, and I understand I'm going out on a limb here, do something useful for humankind instead of trying to kill the people who are trying to join your little clubs?
