Representative Michelle Bachmann Turner Overdrive has been appointed to the House Intelligence Committee.

Apparently the Congresswoman, who makes the other Tea Partiers look absolutely sane, has earned this spot so that she can add it to her resume when she runs for higher office. Obviously having or looking for intelligence was not a pre-requisite for the position.
