This charming elfin-like creature is Zachary Bingert and he was fatally shot for lunging at police with a knife. Suicide by cop? Who knows?
Zach had a penchant for threatening his mother with a knife. She had a restraining order against him so he was sleeping outside her home in Queens, New York in a car. She decided to let him inside because it's winter and damned cold and obviously she has a heart of gold.
In he comes and ...bam... whips out the old blade again. So mom called the cops and now Zach is history.
What is it with these kids and their knives and wanting to kill their parents? Seems to be a lot of it going around.

The cops get called to help the Mother and they kill her kid. Sounds like the cops screwed things up.
every single time somebody i know is in the news (good or bad) the story is wrong. far from the truth. these reports come from the cops and all they do is cover for each other. lie after lie. it is sad really. are any of these articles coming from the parents and witnesses? nope. didn't think so.
