This is Cecilia Chang, former dean at St. John's University. As far as college administrators go, Chang is in a league of her own.
Chang is accused of pocketing over $1 million of the University's money to fund her palatial home, shopping sprees at Victoria's Secret, casino trips and her son's law school tuition. She was fired last January when her embezzlement was first suspected. Say, how much do those thongs cost now?
As if that wasn't bad enough, Chang used students as her indentured servants, threatening them with losing their scholarship money if they didn't do everything she demanded such as scrubbing the floors and shoveling the snow at the aforementioned palatial estate.
Chang was arrested last Thursday, just before she was planning on bolting to Taiwan.
