Ah! There's nothing quite like a military man like Colonel David Russell Williams pictured here out of uniform.

Colonel Williams was the commander of Canada's largest air force base. Notice the past tense.

He has now been charged with 88 criminal charges including rape and murder. It took the court clerk 40 minutes to read all the charges.

One thing you've got to say about Captain Woodie is that he kept meticulous records of all his crimes. He started out breaking into various homes in his neighborhood, going into the bedrooms of young girls, masturbating on their beds, taking photographs of their underwear both off and on him, and then stealing some. He once took 87 undies from a high schooler. What in the hell does a high school girl need 87 pairs of panties for?

I digress.

He eventually graduated to rape and murder. Since prosecutors have his computer records detailing all his activities in this should really be a slam dunk for convictions.

Actually I think he looks rather cute in girls' underwear. So much more interesting than that khaki crap.
