If you're a fan of Nurse Jackie, you know that when Dr. Cooper is stressed he grabs the breasts of any woman he's near.
In Queens, New York something similar happened. Hippocrate Mertsaris has been charged by Queens prosecutors with sexual abuse and sexual harassment for allegedly grabbing the judge's buttocks and inner thigh in her office.
The attorney's defense is that he was having a spasm due to his condition. Hippocrate is wheelchair bound because he has cerebral palsy. That's him pictured above.
To explain his client's disability, attorney Wyatt Gibbons said, "If he was starving to death and had a hamburger in front of him he couldn't lean over to pick it up."
Case closed.
