Did y'all know that the Alabama driver's license test is given in twelve different languages?
Well, if you elect Mr. James everyone is going to have to learn English because that is what people in Alabama speak.
(I've heard some people from Alabama speak, Mr. James, and some of them might be speaking English but they are unintelligible.)
This seems to be Mr. James' entire platform. When those gosh darn illegals start traipsing into Mobile from Arizona, they damn well better be talkin' English. Get it, hombre?

As a native Floridian born in Miami, Mr. James must have deep bigotry rooted in his veins. No one can escape without speaking SPANISH in this city. Jim, enlighten yourself, pray away and wake up!! LEARN SPANISH!!!
