I Kid You Not

I saw this ad in this weekend's magazine section of the NY Times.

Now I'm unfamiliar with American Sculptor Marsha Tosk but according to the ad she's Award Winning. This could mean she's a former Miss America or won a blue ribbon at the State Fair for her blueberry pie. I would think that coaxing $750 out of just one person for her "Pig in a Blanket" is all the reward she will ever need.

There's a website called www.etsy.com where people market their handmade creations. Some of them are good, others are excellent, still others are piss poor. To see the best of the worst you need to check out www.regretsy.com.

I honestly thought etsy had taken to advertising in the NY Times when I saw this pig.

Best of all Ms. Tosk has a whole collection called Figures in Speech! The mind boggles at the possibilities! Are they all animal themed? I, for one, will be waiting with bated breath to see the next installment.
