Roger Stephens, nasty old dudeThis man is Roger Stephens and I am willing to bet that he doesn't dress up and play Santa Claus for the grandkids on Christmas.
He was in a Wal*Mart in Stone Mountain, Georgia when a crying two-year-old girl really got the old goat's goat. He warned the child's mother that he would shut the kid up if she didn't.
Well, guess what? She didn't so he did! He slapped the toddler at least four times and then told her mother, "See? I told you I would shut her up."
Actually, he didn't shut the kid up because then she really started screaming! However, there is some sort of law in Georgia so he was arrested, because you can't go around slapping other people's children no matter how much you might want to.
