Once upon a time Kirk Cameron was on a television situation comedy called "Growing Pains." Make no mistake, it had nothing to do with evolution.
About twenty years ago he must have gotten some bad 'shrooms and found God. Since then he got married and fathered six kids (with his wife) and made a lot of bad evangelical movies.
Now he and some other creationists have taken Darwin's "The Origin of the Species" and inserted a 50 page preface that 'explains' how it spawned some of Hitler's credos. They plan on distributing thousands of copies at the top 50 universities on November 16th, three days before he 150th anniversary of the first publication of Species.
"You can see where [Hitler] clearly takes Darwin's ideas to some of their logical conclusions and compares certain races of people to lower evolutionary life forms," Cameron says. "If you take Darwin's theory and extend it to its logical end, it can be used to justify all number of very horrendous things."
Like sitcoms.
