Spain has won the gold medal in synchronized swimming! No need to wait for the Olympics! They nailed it at the World Championships!

Of course Russia wasn't competing, but we know the Spaniards were worthy doing a 'rockin'' synchronized swim to Led Zeppelin's "Stairway to Heaven." According to the NY Times, which evidently is now employing reporters with little or no knowledge of the English language and journalism, they even broke out a little 'air guitar.'
