I don't know how I missed this bit of news. It seems that former baseball player and steroid abuser, Jose Canseco, participated in a mixed martial arts match in Japan and got his ass kicked.
The guy who bested him is South Korean heavyweight Hong Man Choi who is 7'2" and weighs 330 lbs.
The fact that Canseco even got into a ring with him is proof enough for me that he no longer has a desire to live. His last match in January was against Danny Bonaduce, but that was just boxing.
Canseco needs the money which is why he's demeaning himself around the world.

Getting in a fight like that is natures way of telling you you didn't take enough steroids.
