Jump or Get off the Bridge

In China, Chen Fuchao had been standing on a bridge for hours threatening to jump because of his shitty life when a man came over, shook his hand, and pushed him off.

Lai Jiansheng had just about enough of this dude whose activity (or lack thereof) tied up traffic in the area for five hours.

Sayeth Lai: "I pushed him off because jumpers like Chen are very selfish. Their action violates a lot of public interest. They do not really dare to kill themselves. Instead, they just want to raise the relevant government authorities' attention to their appeals."

Anyway, the pushee was not killed as there was an emergency inflatable air cushion waiting for him.

The pusher was on his way to the hospital to get pills to treat his mental illness, an ongoing battle, and apparently an ineffectual one.
