Luckily Canadians Can Govern Themselves

It's probably just a matter of time before the mayor of Toronto's head explodes.  After all, how many substances can someone actually abuse and still come out the other end?

You may recall last spring when it was revealed that there were actual pictures of Rob Ford smoking crack, a charge he denied until the pictures were released.

Well, he's at it again and it's even sloppier this time.

He admitted on a radio show that he did smoke crack but wasn't actually addicted to the stuff and he just smoked crack when he was super duper drunk.  Or something.

One thing you can be sure of -- Mayor Rob Ford is NOT going to step down. He's already launched his re-election campaign.

It will be interesting to see if he actually survives for the rest of his term. We're not betting on it.
