This is a picture of what happened when a Daytona 500 race car driver crashed into a fuel truck yesterday. No one was hurt.With the cost of gas carressing $5 a gallon in most places in the United States, do we really need to continue indulging in this so-called sport and its absurd waste of fuel? Couldn't jet fuel be put to better use if it was actually in a jet?
People drive around and around in a circle, going nowhere, for hundreds of miles when most business owners are having a difficult time filling up their vehicles so their businesses can continue.
Somebody really needs to stop this nonsense.
