Peter King, Congressman from Long Island, New York, is the chair of the House Homeland Security investigation into homegrown terrorism, and he's afraid someone is going to kill him.
He referred to a threat he received in December from 'overseas' when asking for extra security, but if memory serves, he was looking for extra protection right after Representative Giffords was shot in Tucson, planning to introduce special legislation making it illegal to come within 1000 feet of a government official with a handgun.
Now with his thinly veiled affront to American Muslims, security at the hearings has been beefed up.
He's scared.
