They are revelers in Rio de Janeiro, because, in case you've forgotten, today is MARDI GRAS.Nowadays it seems very few people do the Lenten schtick beginning tomorrow, Ash Wednesday, but they do enjoy a good, blowout, decadent, drunken festival, hence the worldwide popularity of Mardi Gras from which they recuperate for the next forty days.
This year, be warned, they are coming down hard on people pissing in the streets of Rio. Either don't drink as much or have yourself catheterized.
