Floyd Landis, who lost the title for the 2006 Tour de France, has finally admitted what his piss test showed all along - he was using Performance Enhancing Drugs.
After maintaining his innocence for four years, he now admits that he was lying and that he was always a doper. And of course, he knows every other cyclist is also a cheater.
Okay Jose Canseco on two wheels, do tell. Oh wait, you already did three years ago when you wrote a book that said you were always clean.
